Tour's given by Jessica Lowery and her group of knowledgable Tour Guides all of which are very involved in The Vampire Diaries Fandom. To meet our Tour Guides and get to know them please see the Tour Guides tab at the top of the site. If you have a guide in mind when booking please let us know in your email when you book your tour. Jessica has been a extra in a number of Vampire Diaries episodes as well as working daily with Ian Somerhalder and his foundation. Along with living where they film and stalking the set whenever they are in town Jessica can also be heard on The VRO as host of The Vampire Diaries night where she recaps TVD and spends her time interviewing the cast, writers and producers of the show. Jessica has a lot of BEHIND THE SCENES secrets she will share with you while giving your tour. Now offering tours DAILY on a year round basis for the rate of $ 55.00 per person. Some of the locations including the Lockwood mansion are only accesible while touring with us due to the fact they are provate residences. If you want to stand by the same lake that Stefan and Elena "broke up" by in season 2 or take a picture in the spot Katherine staked Stefan in the "Return" Episode this Tour is a MUST for you.


Now only offering one option for your tour. All tours cost $ 55.00 per person and include the Lockwood Mansion grounds.

Please remember this adds time to your tour and I have to pay the owners of the home for use of the property. This is a Special you can only get through us. The grounds are usually closed and you can only see the home from the road.

For anyone that has already taken a tour with us before the Lockwood Mansion Upgrade was available, YES you can book a tour of just the Lockwood grounds with me. The charge for that tour is $ 25.00 per person. Please let me know when you email me that you ONLY want the upgrade and that you have toured with me before and I will get you booked. I cant wait to see all of you again!

accept payment via credit card with pay pal or cash. Payments must be presented before tour begins. If you plan to pay the day of your tour PLEASE bring exact change whenever possible and remember CASH ONLY.

Cancellations should be made 24 hours prior to set tour. Please make sure you do this so that I can continue to provide tours without asking for a deposit. If cancellations aren't made with in 24 hours then I cant book someone in your place and that is unfair to me and other guests that are wanting a chance in a lifetime just like you. Thanks so much for the understanding.

Tours will start 10 minutes after your appointment time. The only way we can hold up your group more than 10 minutes is if you call me and let me know that you are on your way. We do multiple tours a day and if you are late it is unfair to the others in your group that were ready to start on time. Although we understand that things happen, so please give us a courtesy phone call. 404-549-1489

Please keep in mind that if TVD is filming the day of your tour that may effect what sets we can visit. It is always possible to watch filming but if they are on private property (like Lockwood mansion) we may not be able to go on to that property after all due to the insurance issues that could come into effect due to all the equipment the crew uses . We will always be able to still see the set, we just may have to change our route a little to insure safety.

Adding more tour stops now that filming has resumed for season 3.Can 't promise that the cast will be filming on the day of your tour.

Part of the tour is walking, if you are unable to walk any length of time we can still accomadate you but do need to know when you book your tour. That way we can make sure we set accomadations for you on the day of your tour.

Right now due to the weather getting chilly we are booking most tours mid-day. If you are booking for a summer tour then I suggest an early morning or evening tour due to the Atlanta heat. Of course we can accomadate whatever time you prefer for your traveling comfort.

please include in your email which tour you would like, the day of your intended booking along with a second choice if possible and the number of people in your group.

Hotel Preference is: Hampton Inn in Covington. This is the Hotel that the cast of TVD stays in whenever filming late into the night and has excellent reviews as well.

Normal rates are $ 109.00-119.00 but anyone taking my tour can stay for $ 80.00 a night. Please ask me for the code to make your reservations once you have booked your tour.

We are in no way affiliated with The CW or Bonanza Productions.

Mystic Falls Tours can not be faulted due to any buisness closings due to holidays or renovations etc. The same applies to any road work or filming that may cause us to change the route or direction that we may usually take on our tour. If roads are closed this may effect certain buisnesses or homes therefor they may be excluded from your tour at the last minute. Iam sorry for any inconvience this may cause and it does not happen often.

PLEASE read the entire site including the questions tab at the top of the site BEFORE emailing me. Due to the fact I run Mystic Falls Tours on my own and work full time for ISF it is hard for me to answer a ton of emails with questions that are answered numerous times on the website. However I dont mind answering your emails and questions and want you to be happy and excited for your tour. I DO NOT know in advance when filming will take place so please do not try to ask me when they film solely to book your tour. Filming takes place due to where the scripts send them ... and weather issues just to name a few of the reasons. Therefor it is impossible for me to know in advance what days they are on location shooting. Thanks for the understanding!
